Paragon Properties was established in 2004 as a result of the growing demand for properties within Thailand's resort areas, predominantly Pattaya, located on the Eastern Seaboard Area of Thailand.

We have since then established ourselves as a leading real estate broker who offer our clients a wide range of properties for sale & rent throughout the Pattaya and the wider Eastern Seaboard area.

Our Team

Our property consultants and customer service staff at Paragon Properties are both expatriate (from UK) and Thai. Our management has a combined 40 years experience in Thai Real Estate and our team are graduates of the Real Estate Training School of Bangkok, possessing intimate local knowledge.

In addition, we have experienced first hand the complexities of Thai Real Estate and are therefore well placed to advise our clients accordingly at each step - often saving our clients' valuable time and expense.

Social Responsibility

Like any responsible modern business, we make a point of giving back to the communities in which we serve. Given our diverse roots it is perhaps no surprise that we demonstrate such active social responsibility and environmental awareness.

Within Pattaya there are a number of worthy causes and charitable organizations doing some truly wonderful work (nationwide) and it would be too difficult to attempt to list all of them here, for fear of omitting one of them, but as an organization and individuals we are committed to giving back in a number of ways.

Whether we donate a single case of beer for the Jesters Annual Fayre (held usually every September and is a thoroughly fun day out for both little AND big kids alike), or are the major sponsor of the yearly Charity Boxing Event held to raise money for the Sawang Boriboon Foundation, we try at least to do something where we can.
